Epic Games Store Christmas Holiday Free Games List
Epic Games Store is giving us (a gift of Christmas 2021) 15 free games this month (December 2021). Naturally, it would be a bit of a feast to watch them unfold every day, as they have already given away some great games like Odd World: New and Tasty and The Long Dark over the last couple of days.
However, Twitter user Joan Munza was sent a list describing the rest of the games in the Epic series, which were revealed on December 18th. It is easy to be skeptical when looking at a list of such leaks. However, four items on the list have already been given at the time of this writing, which means that the list is also accurate.
I’m going to break it down with a brief description of them along with the day each game should be free. The list starts with Cities: Skylines, which users can catch on the 17th, followed by Ad World: New and Tasty on the 18th.
Yesterday saw The Long Dark and today the Defense Grid: Awakening was unveiled. It includes the top four and another 11 on the list. Obviously, you should not read these if you like to keep them as secret as you can expose them.
The rest of these may be wrong or even change the epic contents in response to the leak. I keep December day on Epic Games Store and use it easily with the name and description of the game.

Table of Contents
Free Games Arranged by Dates:
21) Alien Isolation
It needs no introduction because it is the beloved survival-horror game that many swear by. It’s been on the game pass for a while, but now everyone who catches it can play it for free.
22) Metro 2033
I am sure it’s a remake, not the original, it’s free in most previous cases. It is a survival horror game set in a radiation barren land.
23) Tropico 5
This is a colony builder and sim you run your own city in the tropics. You trade, research the technology and it also has multiplayer.
24) Inside
This is another beloved title, it was made by the same developer as the game Limbo and you will see a character leading the way to safety through all sorts of puzzles and traps.
25) Dark Dungeon
Turn-based Rogue-Light, where you hire multiple characters and lead them through a nominal space. It is very rough, so you have to be very careful. And, even then, you will be still die a lot.
26) My Time in Portia
I reviewed this a few years ago and it does not allow me to complete a final search of more than 100 hours. I can surely tell that, it is fixed now. After a while I found it empty and dull, it’s definitely hard to argue freely and hey, a lot of people seem to like it.
27) Night in the woods
Oh boy, this got some luggage. This is an indie adventure game that has been loved for many years. But, after the allegations against the lead developer surfaced, he took his own life. A strange addition here, perhaps.
28) Stranded Deep
This solo game has been in early access for a total of five years and has also been updated over the past two months. If you take its hints clearly from the Cost away movie, you will take on the role of those trapped on an island in a plane crash, they must fight to survive as long as possible.
29) Solitairica
This is another rogue-light but for some reason it is also solitaire. I’m definitely going to give it a try, at least to see what it looks like.
30) Torchlight II
Epic is not the first free game on this list. I’m sure a most of the people have missed this. Since this is a well-liked Diablo-style ARPG, give it a try as you look to draw that itch.
31) Jurassic World Evolution
This is a Jurassic World Management Simulator. You run the island and whatnot. It feels perfect.
Oops, there are too many games in Epic Games Store. Time will tell how accurate the leak is, but it’s definitely a good free thing.
